Process Arranging reservations is expedited through our technologically advanced reservation system. It usually takes one to two minutes to set up a new reservation for an existing client requesting airport transfers. Our reservation department accepts reservations via email, fax, or phone. Regardless of the method that you choose, any reservation made during normal business hours will be confirmed by us the same day. This confirmation will be sent to you via fax or email -- your choice. Any individual or corporate client that prefers to fax their reservations can be provided with an individualized reservation form. Our
Quality Control Department (QCD) follows up with multiple confirmation
and verification procedures to eliminate any possible human error before
the trip is dispatched to the chauffeur.
