Process

Our reservation agents are trained to provide quality service for our clients. Whether you request service for a sedan, limousine, van, SUV, minibus or coach, they are capable of handling anything from an airport transfer to a large corporate event.

Arranging reservations is expedited through our technologically advanced reservation system. It usually takes one to two minutes to set up a new reservation for an existing client requesting airport transfers.

Our reservation department accepts reservations via email, fax, or phone. Regardless of the method that you choose, any reservation made during normal business hours will be confirmed by us the same day. This confirmation will be sent to you via fax or email -- your choice. Any individual or corporate client that prefers to fax their reservations can be provided with an individualized reservation form.

Our Quality Control Department (QCD) follows up with multiple confirmation and verification procedures to eliminate any possible human error before the trip is dispatched to the chauffeur.

Cancellation and
No-Show Policy


Change or cancellation of Sedan service is required 90 minutes in advance.

Change or cancellation of Limousine, SUV or Van Service is required 6 hours in advance.

Change or cancellation of Minibus Service is required 12 hours in advance.

Change or cancellation of Motor Coach Service is required 72 hours in advance.
