"Meet & Greet Procedures"

The Meet and Greet Procedures for any location other than Houston will be explained on the fax or email confirmation of the service request.

General - Houston

Our chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location (at a residence, office or airport) 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. It is very rare that our chauffeurs are late for any pick up. Consequently, you can expect that our operations staff will call you if the chauffeur will not be there early. Therefore, if our chauffeur is not there at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time or you can not locate the chauffeur, then please call our operations hotline at (713) 688-0208 or the main company number at (713) 688-7800 or (800) 332-2368 immediately.

Our chauffeurs will greet you with our company sign with your name printed upon it.

You can recognize our vehicles as black Lincoln Town Cars, black Suburbans or silver Ford Vans. Each vehicle has a personalized license plate with the letters CTI plus the number of the vehicle.

Residential Service - Houston

Typically, our chauffeur will arrive and park in front of your house. About 10-15 prior to the scheduled pick up our chauffeur will either knock on your door or ring your doorbell to announce his presence. If it is an early morning pickup our chauffeur will not ring the doorbell out of consideration for other family members. Our chauffeur will then assist you with any luggage or special needs that you might have.

Office Service - Houston

Typically, our chauffeur will arrive 10-15 minutes early and either park at the curb in front of the office building or in the designated parking area. However, if the pickup location is in downtown Houston, then the chauffeur will try to time himself to arrive at the exact pickup time. The reason for this is that the chauffeur will not be allowed by the police to wait in front of the office building - he will have to keep circling the building until the client shows up.

Our chauffeurs will greet you with our company sign with your name printed upon it.

Airport Service - Houston

It has been part of our standard service to always meet a client that arrives at either Hobby or Bush Intercontinental Airports at the arrival gate. However, due to the tragic events of September 11, 2001, our airport access has been severely limited and our allowed access is different at each airport. Therefore, please select the arriving airport below to bring up its exact meet and greet procedures.

We can still meet flights arriving at a private hanger by driving out onto the tarmac next to the arriving plane.

Hobby Airport

Our chauffeurs are not allowed to leave their vehicles at Hobby Airport. Therefore, we can neither meet you at the arrival gate nor assist you with your luggage until you exit baggage claim. You must meet the chauffeur at the limousine parking area outside of baggage claim. There are two exits from baggage claim. The exit nearest the "Express Shuttle USA" counter which is also closest to Southwest Airlines luggage carousels is the correct exit to take. The limousine parking area is marked as "Curb Zone 11." Our chauffeurs wait there and will have our company sign with your name printed upon it.

Bush Airport

Upon arrival at Bush Airport security officials will inspect our vehicle at a special inspection station and complete specific documentation. This documentation will allow our chauffeur to park unattended at a specific arrival terminal and enter the baggage claim area. Where our chauffeur stands depends upon the terminal at which you arrive. Select the correct terminal from the following:

America West
Continental Express
American
Northwest
Comair
Delta
Atlantic Southeast
Frontier
Southwest
Sun Country
TWA
United
USAir

Continental
AeroMexico
Alaska Airlines

TERMINAL A and TERMINAL B

The procedures are the same for both terminals. After obtaining your luggage, if any, go to the exit marked "Taxis, Limos, Buses, Shuttles". Your chauffeur will be waiting in this area and will have our company sign with your name upon it.

TERMINAL C

Go to the lower level baggage claim area. "Parking Area 5 Taxis, Limousines." Your chauffeur will be waiting in this area and will have our company sign with your name upon it.

TERMINAL D (International Arrivals)

Step 1
Exit the customs area through the red doors into the main terminal area.

Step 2
Proceed to the last exit to your right. It is near the refreshment stand. Your chauffeur will be waiting in this area and will have our company sign with your name upon it.
