How will I recognize my Chauffeur?

All CTI Transportation, LLC chauffeurs are uniformed in a black suit, white shirt, black tie and shoes. Additionally, they are holding a laminated company paging sign with the passenger's name upon it. Additionally, all our vehicles have personalized license plates. They read CTI plus the number of the vehicle. Please see "Meet & Greet Procedures" for more details.

 

What if I do not see my chauffeur?

Our chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location (at a residence, office or airport) 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. It is very rare that our chauffeurs are late for any pick up. Consequently, you can expect that our operations staff will call you if the chauffeur will not be there early. Therefore, if our chauffeur is not there at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time or you can not locate the chauffeur, then please call our operations hotline at (713) 580-0580 or the main company number at (713) 688-7800 or (800) 332-2368 immediately. How can I pay for my service?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept traveler's checks or cash. If you want to set up a direct billing account, please call (713) 688-7800 or (800) 332-2368 and ask for the administrative office.

 

May I get a receipt for my service?

There are three ways to obtain a receipt for your expense report:

A. You may ask the chauffeur for a receipt at the end of the trip.
B. You may request a receipt via fax or e-mail.

C. You may obtain a receipt along with a semi-monthly or monthly statement.


 

Should I tip my chauffeur?

A 15% chauffeur gratuity is automatically added to the rate which our reservation agents quote you. Any additional gratuity, is voluntary and at the passenger's discretion.

 

I had a reservation but my plans have changed or have been cancelled. What do I need to do?

Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges. Change or cancellation of Sedan service is required 90 minutes in advance. Change or cancellation of Limousine, SUV or Van service is required 6 hours in advance. Change or cancellation of Minibus service is required 12 hours in advance. Change or cancellation of Motor Coach service is required 72 hours in advance. Please note some exceptions apply due to severe adverse weather conditions.

 

What happens if my flight is late?

Our operations staff uses a state-of-the-art connection to the FAA to monitor the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight into Houston. You can be assured that your chauffeur will be waiting for you when you arrive. If this is a commercial flight, there will be no additional charge for the delay.

 

What if my flight is canceled?

There is no charge for any flight arriving into Houston that is cancelled by the airline. However, it is the responsibility of the traveler or booking agent to call our office at (800) 332-2368 or (713) 688-7800 to advise us of any new travel arrangements.

 

Can I make a last minute reservation?

Our large fleet of executive Lincoln Town Cars enable us to respond to last minute calls as long as the request is within normal working hours. We will make every attempt to accommodate you. However, if we can not, we will simply tell you the truth so we do not delay your busy schedule.

 

Speaking of insurance, do you have insurance?

CTI Transportation, LLC carries $5,000,00 in liability insurance.

 

I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?

We do have car seats available for your infant child. You must make arrangements in advance for the seat to be in the vehicle at the time of your pick up. Simply mention this request to the reservation agent or include it in your email. This service is free of charge.

 

Can I smoke?

Our entire fleet of vehicles is non-smoking. We respect the rights of the smoker, but due to the confined nature of our vehicles, smoking could have a negative impact on the next passenger. However, we do have one (1) Lincoln Town Car, in our fleet, that is designated for smoking.

 

Can I consume alcohol in the vehicle?

The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (T.A.B.C.) restricts transportation companies from providing alcohol to passengers. However, if you are of the legal age, you may consume alcohol that you have brought with you.
