How will I recognize my
Chauffeur?
All CTI Transportation, LLC chauffeurs are uniformed
in a black suit, white shirt, black tie and shoes. Additionally, they
are holding a laminated company paging sign with the passenger's name
upon it. Additionally, all our vehicles have personalized license plates.
They read CTI plus the number of the vehicle. Please see "Meet
& Greet Procedures" for more details.
What if I do not see my chauffeur?
Our chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up
location (at a residence, office or airport) 10-15 minutes prior to the
scheduled pick up time. It is very rare that our chauffeurs are late for
any pick up. Consequently, you can expect that our operations staff will
call you if the chauffeur will not be there early. Therefore, if our chauffeur
is not there at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time or
you can not locate the chauffeur, then please call our operations hotline
at (713) 580-0580 or the main company number at (713) 688-7800 or (800)
332-2368 immediately. Please see "Meet
& Greet Procedures" for more details.
How can I pay for my service?
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept
traveler's checks or cash. If you want to set up a direct billing account,
please call (713) 688-7800 or (800) 332-2368 and ask for the administrative
office.
May I get a receipt for my service?

expense report:
Should I tip my chauffeur?
A 15% chauffeur gratuity is automatically added
to the rate which our reservation agents quote you. Any additional gratuity,
is voluntary and at the passenger's discretion.
I had a reservation but my plans have changed
or have been cancelled. What do I need to do?

of Sedan service is required 90 minutes in advance. Change or cancellation
of Limousine, SUV or Van service is required 6 hours in advance. Change
or cancellation of Minibus service is required 12 hours in advance. Change

What happens if my flight is late?

monitor the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight into
Houston. You can be assured that your chauffeur will be waiting for you
when you arrive. If this is a commercial flight, there will be no additional
charge for the delay.
What if my flight is canceled?

Can I make a last minute reservation?
Our large fleet of executive Lincoln Town Cars enable
us to respond to last minute calls as long as the request is within normal
working hours. We will make every attempt to accommodate you. However,
if we can not, we will simply tell you the truth so we do not delay your
busy schedule.
Speaking of insurance, do you have insurance?

seats available?

at the time of your pick up. Simply mention this request to the reservation
agent or include it in your email. This service is free of charge.
Can I smoke?
Our entire fleet of vehicles is non-smoking. We
respect the rights of the smoker, but due to the confined nature of our
vehicles, smoking could have a negative impact on the next passenger.
However, we do have one (1) Lincoln Town Car, in our fleet, that is designated
for smoking.
Can I consume alcohol in the vehicle?
The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (T.A.B.C.)
restricts transportation companies from providing alcohol to passengers.
However, if you are of the legal age, you may consume alcohol that you
