Their consistent on time and personalized service they provide has continued to attract the attention of networks, corporations, and affiliates worldwide. All CTI Chauffeurs are required to be able to read, write, and be professionally conversant in English.

Chauffeur Hiring & Training

Chauffeurs must pass through Federal and State background/criminal checks, DOT drug screens and physicals, on road driving tests, have a clean driving history, and obtain all required licensing before they are permitted to begin the training program. Only upon completion of this intensive 8-day classroom training are they permitted to drive clients.

Safety Preparedness

All chauffeurs complete detailed vehicle inspection reports prior to departing the facility. Included in the inspection report is a visual inspection of interior and exterior condition and equipment. Any safety, mechanical, or operating issues noted are reported and the vehicle is immediately removed from available fleet until repaired.

We enforce a strict uniform policy to chauffeurs. The required uniform is a clean and pressed solid black business suit with a white dress shirt, black tie, and black shoes.

Our dispatch center maintains contact with each chauffeur through the use of iPads, cell phones, and a monitored GPS system. Our vehicle GPS systems also allow our operations staff to obtain real time verification of each chauffeurs exact location and vehicle status.
